1. Acceptance of Terms

9. Subscription Terms and Billing

9.1 Subscription Plans

Platily offers various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with that plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected billing cycle.

9.2 Payment Terms

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through the Service. You agree to promptly update your account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. You are responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.

9.3 Auto-Renewal

Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew for the same duration (monthly or annual) at the then-current price. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for the remaining unused time.

11. Cancellation Policy

12. Termination
